FWI Impact Report December 2024

Habari Friends.

During December 2024 we achieved the following impact in improving the lives of our fellow human beings here in Tanzania:

1. We built eight toilets at Msalaka primary school - four for boys, four for girls;

2. We built twelve toilets at Ukolongwe primary school - six for girls, six for girls

3. We built seven boys toilets in Tema primary school;

4. We installed screens with informational flash cards in the natal waiting areas of five regional health centres - Mlola, Kwai, Mlalo, Mnazi and Lunguza. The pre- and post-natal women will thus have the possibility to learn more about their babies’ nutritional needs.

5. We installed a large solar system in the Mtae health center’s natal ward. Electricity is far from certain and this ensures light during nighttime births;

6. We built two hand-washing stations for toilets In Kwemtindi primary school; **PHOTO 1 **

7. We built 10,000 liter water tanks in Bazo and Kwemtindi primary schools; **PHOTO 3 **

8. We currently support one hundred and thirty one children in eleven villages with our malnourishment program (December Report);

9. People with HIV in Tanzania are socially shunned and generally impoverished.

We paid health insurance for HIV+ people in Kwai (192), Lushoto (216), and Mlola (150) to ensure health  care.
