HIV/AIDS awareness day

This year, we held an HIV/AIDS awareness day in the village of Milo. Milo is located in a region where the official AIDS infection rate is 14.8% of the population.

During the awareness day, we were able to test 383 people for HIV/AIDS and present educational material to over 700 local people.

2018 saw the completion of a women’s and children’s ward attached to the health clinic in Mambo village.

Toilets at Mkundi-ya-Mtae Primary School

Last year, we completed the building of the school, which enrolled 50 students in January. This year, we completed the building of a block of toilets for the school.
